_{But the programming behind our system is extremely complex and there are only a few people who can lift that task. We had been looking for the right IT candidates for a long time and found only 1 in Denmark 2 in Norway and 1 in Ukraine. The salary cost is extremely high and that would be a financial challenge on the long term. During our search period we meet one of CrossWorkers clients who recommended Crossworkers to us. My first impression was that it was not an optimal solution but I gave it a shot and contacted CrossWorkers.}

_{Due to the complexity of our business we made a case together with CrossWorkers where we asked 3 candidates to solve a concrete task in order for us to test if it would be possible to find the right candidates in Cairo. This is not something CrossWorkers normally do and it was only done because of the complexity of our programming.
